Product description

The 'River stones' came about as a response to Covid.
 I spent some time in Ilkley on the banks of the Wharfe looking 
 at the stones, bricks and detritus brought down from the Dales
 by the force of the water.

  Some of the material was from previous human building,
  because of the formed edges. I chose limestone pieces to carve
  and re-purpose by searching for figurative elements within the
  stones and  to coax them into  their present form.
