Royal Mail Tracked 24 hr £4.95  |  UPS £ VARIABLE Mainly for Art or Urgent deliveries

For European or international deliveries you can choose from 2 types of services.
1 - Special or expedited will usually mean your order is despatched the same day if ordered before 12pm and for next day across Europe or within 48 - 72 hrs for all other regions.(Guaranteed)
2 - Standard / 1st class orders will be despatched within 24hrs and will arrive within 2-3 days for European orders and 2 - 5 working days for all other regions.
All deliveries are tracked and signed for when these options are available. Specific items will be insured.

*Please note that delivery times are in addition to despatch times that are visible on each product page. All items will be despatched within 1 -2 working days. Some items may have extended despatch times and these will be clearly indicated on each product page.

Delivery information


Deliveries within the UK are via Royal Mail (Certain orders may be fulfilled by UPS). International deliveries are via Royal Mail or UPS(delivery times will vary depending on the service selected).

General Delivery times for orders are 1 - 2 days for EU orders and 2 - 5 days for all other regions.
 
Postage costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process and are dependent on the item / items you are ordering and your location.
*Some products carry additional postage / packaging charges and are made visible on the product page and during the checkout process. Generaly these exclusions are only applicable for very large or heavy Artworks.
 

Returns and Refunds


Should you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 28  days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. 

To initiate a return, you must request a RMA. (Return Merchandise Authorisation) To do this please log in to your account on our website and complete a ticket from My Account. In the subject area of the new ticket please include RMA - Followed by your order number and in the message section include the reason for the return and suitable contact details. Any returned orders that have not been confirmed with a RMA may be required to pay for the return costs.

Alternatively you may find the Return Instructions form on the back of the packing ship included with your order.

Goods returned must be in the condition in which you received them and resalable. Refunds will cover the cost of the goods and delivery to you, but not the costs of returning the goods. 
 
In the case that goods are damaged on delivery, you are entitled to a full refund including delivery costs.

Note: International Shipping
If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Water Street Gallery refers each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
