Product description

Working with recycled and reclaimed materials, is undertaken for 2 reasons, one is economic, the other is the ability to repurpose some thing that has been decarded into something that again holds a purpose and value, which could be argued as a change, and possibly an important one in the current climate of excess and waste. 

The simple structures found with the sculptures are drawn from enigmatic organic forms, such as seed pods and other such organic structures. 


Taken from a larger series of wall-based works, fabricated from recycled and reclaimed materials, these works are part Sculpture part Object. Created with simple graphic compositions with many elements of repetition, layers and asymmetry. Driven by the joy of making to create well-made and well-connected objects.
