Whimsical assemblage in copper, brass and fragments of the past.

Linda Lovatt grew up on a smallholding in Shropshire, surrounded by fields full of wild flowers and quizzical animals, which she loved to paint and sketch. After training at Shrewsbury School of Art and Glyndwr University she moved to the Scottish Borders, an old watermill with a large unruly garden.
Finding discarded bottles, keys, and pottery. This was inspirational in crating a range of copper assemblage, drawing on her love of folk art and French automata.
