My particular interests are the issues and ideas of ownership and access, the available and forbidden, which I re-imagine  in abstract form. I paint to reveal how marks, layers & colours express feeling and meaning.

My vision has always been to capture our surroundings incorporating ideas of home, who we are and how we fit into our environments, or not, as circumstance dictates.
