Ondelis

Product description

Acrylic , watercolour and ink on mineral stone sheet 2024

'Ondelis' speaks to the emotional complexity of our layered relationship with the natural world. Rather than presenting environmental change as simply a story of loss, it embraces uncertainty, transformation and resilience. It aims to hold anger and grief for what is fading away together with hope for what can still be protected, restored and reimagined.

Milena Makani features internationally in various private collections across the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Bulgaria, Egypt, the United States and Canada.
