Product description

My ceramics are an eclectic amalgamation of nostalgic form and imagery. Their surface decoration includes slip painting, enamel transfer printing and metallic lustres, making reference to historical wares including the familiar blue and white stripes of Cornish Ware as well as industrial plumbing and vintage fabrics. The resulting pieces are full of playful humour.

They're made from a flat slab of stoneware clay, rolled and joined with my signature black slip making each vase water tight and fully functional.
