Daniel Mackie

Inspired by Art Deco, Egyptian Tomb paintings, Japanese Prints and Impressionism, Daniel Mackie drew from a range of sources to create his DM collection of greetings cards, perfect for every occasion. Originally designed and explored with line art and water colour by hand, he created a decorative, gentle art style that has come to define his cards. Printed on a plain white background, his animals contain their environments within themselves, an entire world confined to the boundaries of a living being. Though his style continues to evolve as he releases more cards, they are all unique and distinctive pieces that will make you wish they could stay on your mantlepiece year round.
