With a Middle Eastern influence and incorporating 22 carat metallic gold, this is a predominantly blue, intricate floral design with splashes of gold running throughout.

Born and bred in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, after training in Ceramics, David started his career as an engraving apprentice at Wedgwood in 1969 and later moved to work in design and illustration, going freelance in 1992. He is very much inspired by classic art and design (ie Greek, Roman, etc.) and receives a lot of commissions for commemorative designs such as the Queens Jubilee.
