Are you interested to exhibit at Water Street Gallery?


The exhibitions in Water Street Gallery are curated with an emphasis on creativity and originality. Integrity, uniqueness and the qualities of the artist's expression and visual understanding are the prime criteria for our choice of work, as is work of a high artistic standard.

A full and varied program includes solo, featured and mixed exhibitions throughout the year. Wewelcome submissions of contemporary fine art works to consider exhibiting, whether you are already established or emerging as a painter, printmaker, photographer, sculptor or craft maker.

We exhibit works by artists throughout Britain and beyond as well as focusing on artist from Northern England.


HOW TO SUBMIT

Please submit at least 6 jpeg images about 500KB each of your work, on CDRom (with SAE) together with short CV / biography / artists statement if relevant.Please indicate size (image & framed), media, date of work and title.Please mark disk and case with name. Also provide clear contact details.We would encourage the exhibiting of recent work, unless artists are invited for a themed exhibition.

Your work will be appraised by the curator and director, We will reply promptly within two weeks, and may ask to see original works at some stage. Please make an appointment if considering coming to show us your work as we wish to give you 100% attention.

Works are usually exhibited on a sale or return basis. In addition to web we advertise in Galleries Listings, Art of England and other local publication. If you are invited to show at the gallery more detailed terms and conditions are provided.
